''Daun Kesum''


Kesum leaves smell like coriander blended with citrus. The leaves are also known as Vietnamese coriander leaves and a somewhat nutty flavor. In Malaysia kesum leaves used as decoration for dishes such as laksa. Kesum leaf decoration is used to treat digestive problems, removes dandruff and as a drink after childbirth. Kesum leaves are also rich in beta carotene, vitamin A, vitamin C and minerals such as potassium, calcium and phosphorus.



Curry Leaves

Curry leaf tree has nothing to do with curry or curry powder, it just leaves added. Used in some curry just to give a sense of the unique slices. Whether dried or fresh curry leaves are the first ingredients are included in oil before cooking. Smell and taste are very prominent. Curry leaves will be used when fresh. It can be stored and refrigerated for use at a later time, but do not be separated from the stalk because it will cause curry leaves lose flavor and aroma.


Coriander leaves


Coriander leaves are used as a whole because every part of this plant has a distinctive aroma and taste. It has a pungent aroma and taste like soapy. Also known as Chinese parsley leaves. Coriander leaves are smaller and somewhat harsh smell of coriander leaves. The aroma and taste of the leaves are often said to have similarities with the lime that is 'waxy' and 'soapy'. The leaves are used fresh and sprinkled on dishes that are cooked, mashed up or pureed into performance gravy, soup, tom yum and curry.
